To make the Mandarin Gin Collins, follow the recipe below:

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 60ml Newy Distillery Mandarin Gin
- 15ml-30ml Lemon Juice (adjust to taste)
- 15ml of simple syrup or Newy Distillery Simple Syrup Liqueur
- 2 Dashes of Orange or Aromatic Bitters
- Soda Water
- Ice
Garnish:
- Mandarin Segment
- Mint (optional)
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, add the Mandarin Gin, Lemon Juice,
Simple Syrup and bitters.
2. Shake well for 40-60 seconds until the shaker is cold and frosty.
3. Double strain into a glass over ice.
4.Top-up with soda water.
5.Garnish with mandarin segment and mint.
6.Sit back and enjoy!
