Then take a look at this stunning cocktail- effortlessly intertwining the juicy sweetness of fresh strawberries and the zesty tang of lemons; with the sophisticated botanicals of our award-winning Signature Gin.
There are couple of options for this cocktail. Either a deeply flavoured, velvetly party cocktail or a light, effervescent drink perfect for whiling away those late-summer afternoons.
RECIPE (flavoursome party cocktail)
Ingredients
- 30ml Newy Distillery Strawberry Limoncello Gin
- 15ml Newy Distillery Signature Gin
- 15ml Simple Syrup Liqueur
- 10-15ml Lemon Juice (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Soda Water
- 2-3 muddled fresh strawberries
Garnish
- Strawberry slices
- Lemon slice
- Small sprig of mint
Method
1. Take a cocktail shaker add the fresh strawberries and muddle.
2. Half fill with ice.
3. Add the Strawberry Limoncello Gin, Simple Syrup Liqueur, Signature Gin and lemon juice.
4. Shake well for approximately one minute or until the shaker feels ice cold.
5. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
6. Top with soda and add garnish.
7. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 30ml Newy Distillery Strawberry Limoncello Gin
- 15ml Newy Distillery Signature Gin
- 15ml Simple Syrup Liqueur
- 10-15ml Lemon Juice (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Soda Water
Garnish
Strawberry slices
Sprig of mint
Method
1. Take a cocktail shaker and half fill with ice.
2. Add the Simple Syrup Liqueur, Signature Gin and lemon juice.
3. Shake well for approximately one minute or until the shaker feels ice cold.
4. Take a gin collins glass or tumbler and pour in the Strawberry Limoncello Liqueur.
5. Fill the glass with ice.
6. Pour cocktail shaker mixture over the ice.
5. Top with soda and add garnish.
