RECIPE (flavoursome party cocktail)
Ingredients
- 30ml Newy Distillery Raspberry Limoncello Gin
- 15ml Newy Distillery Dry Gin
- 15ml Simple Syrup Liqueur
- 10-15ml Lemon Juice (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Soda Water
- 2-3 muddled fresh raspberries
Garnish
- Raspberry
- Lemon slice
- Small sprig of mint
Method
1. Take a cocktail shaker add the fresh raspberry and muddle.
2. Half fill with ice.
3. Add the Raspberry Limoncello Gin, Simple Syrup Liqueur, Dry Gin and lemon juice.
4. Shake well for approximately one minute or until the shaker feels ice cold.
5. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
6. Top with soda and add garnish.
7. Enjoy!
