This time we’ve matured our award-winning Dry Gin in bourbon casks, giving it some sweeter tones, earthy textures and smokey aromas; which blend beautifully with our Dry Gin’s botanicals.
This cask gin can be enjoyed simply on it's own with ice or used with complimentary flavours in your favourite barrel aged gin cocktail.
