This is the collection that doesn't sit still. Throughout the year, our distillery team creates small-batch seasonal spirits, holiday exclusives and one-off releases that are only available while stocks last. Once a batch is gone, it's gone — some come back next season, others don't return at all.

If you've followed Newy Distillery for a while, you'll know that our limited editions are where we get the most creative. These are the bottles that let us experiment with new flavours, celebrate holidays with something special, and release things we've been working on behind the scenes. They're also some of the most popular products we make — and the fastest to sell out.

What to expect in this collection

The lineup here changes with the calendar. Here's what typically rotates through:

Christmas Range Our biggest seasonal drop of the year. The Christmas collection usually includes festive flavoured vodkas and gins inspired by the season — think gingerbread, candy cane, Christmas pudding, and warming spice profiles — alongside holiday cocktail kits, gift packs and limited-edition shimmer bottles. Designed for Christmas parties, end-of-year gifting, and anyone who wants their drinks to feel as festive as the occasion. Usually available from October through December, or until sold out.

Easter Range Easter brings out our playful side. Past releases have included Hot Cross Vodka in three flavours (Original, Honeycomb, and Chocolate), the Easter Pastel Pack featuring five shimmering pastel vodkas in a custom gift box, and seasonal cocktail bundles like the Choc-Caramel Martini and Chilli Chocolate Martini. Available in the lead-up to Easter, usually from late February.

Gemstone & Zodiac Gins A series of limited-release premium gins, each inspired by a gemstone and crafted with a unique botanical blend. Previous releases include Sapphire Serenity (blueberry, violet and clary sage), Peridot Pulse (green apple, citrus zest, fennel, dill and lavender), and Ruby Radiance. These are collector's bottles as much as they are drinking gins — distinctive label designs, unique flavour profiles, and very limited runs.

Mother's Day, Father's Day & Valentine's Day Curated gift sets and seasonal bundles designed around key gifting moments. These collections typically feature our most giftable bottles — shimmer gins and vodkas, cocktail kits, and tasting packs — presented in seasonal packaging.

One-Off & Experimental Releases Occasionally we release something that doesn't fit a season at all — a new flavour we've been developing, an unreleased gin from a past advent calendar, or a collaboration with another local producer. These are the rarest bottles in the distillery, and they usually sell out within days of going live.

Limited edition products sell fast. The best way to know the moment a new release goes live is to follow us on social media or sign up to our email list. We announce every seasonal launch before it hits the website, and some products are available for pre-order before general release.

All limited edition spirits are crafted at our distillery in Edgeworth, Newcastle, NSW. Vegan friendly, gluten free, and made with the same small-batch care as everything else we produce. Orders over $150 ship free Australia-wide.
