Light and fruity this tri-coloured cocktail, is just the drink for afternoon catch-ups with friends.
As the name suggests the star ingredient for this cocktail is our stunning Purple Gin which contrasts beautifully with the yellow tones of pineapple and passionfruit.
Our Purple Gin is made using our award-winning Signature Gin infused with our special purple shimmer recipe; giving it a truly amazing appearance. In the light, the gin sparkles and shines!
If you're feeling a little bit naughty, swap-out the passionfruit syrup for our delicious Passionfruit Gin Liqueur!
RECIPE:
- Crushed Ice
- Orange or lemon peel
1. Take a highball glass and fill 3/4 with crushed ice.
2. In a cocktail shaker 3/4 full of ice add the lemon juice, passionfruit syrup (simple syrup - or Passionfruit Gin Liqueur!) and pineapple juice.
3. Shake well so all the ingredients are mixed well (30-50 seconds).
4. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the highball glass containing the crushed ice.
5. Add soda to nearly the top of the glass (you need to leave room for the Purple Gin).
6. Over the back of a spoon, gently pour in the Purple Gin.
7. Add garnish.
8. Sit back and admire, stir and enjoy!
