Merewether is one of Newy's best surfing beaches that proudly hosts the annual international sporting event Surfest! 

This year would have been the 36^th time the festival attracted spectators and athletes from more than 30 nations to Merewether’s shores since first starting in 1985. We’re all disappointed there will be no Surfest this year, but to focus on 2022's event and welcoming back the best surfers in the world, we’ve gone ahead and created the Merewether Surfest Tiki-Tini!

Ingredients:

60ml Newy Distillery Pineapple Vodka
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Orange Juice
10ml Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
3 dashes - Angostura Bitters

Help:

1. Chill your martini glass.
2. Prepare your garnish of Lime Wheel, Pineapple Leaf and Mint Sprig.
3. To your cocktail mixer add 3 dashes of bitters, 10ml Almond Syrup, and 20mls of Lime Juice. Then add 10ml Orange Juice, 60ml Newy Distillery Pineapple Vodka, and fill with ice. Seal your cocktail mixer and shake with vigour until well frosted on the outside.
4. Discard ice if needed, and fine strain your cocktail into your chilled martini glass. Add the garnish and enjoy!
