This versatile cocktail recipe can be made with either vodka or gin and makes for a heavenly tipple to be enjoyed poolside during lazy afternoons in the sun or as an evening aperitif.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 45ml Newy Distillery Orange Shimmer Vodka or Gin
- 90ml Pineapple Juice
- 15-30ml Simple Syrup (Optional)
- 5-10ml Grenadine
- Ice
Garnish:
- Dehydrated Orange Slice
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except the Grenadine.
2. Shake for about 15-20 seconds (or until the shaker feels cold in your hands).
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
5. Enjoy!
