Welcome to our second guest cocktail from the wonderful Helen at SheShed Cocktails.
Using our delicious Pineapple Vodka, this is a sweet and creamy cocktail reminiscent of a Pina Colada but with a contrasting lime twist.

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Pineapple Vodka
- 30ml Coconut Cream Liqueur
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Demerara Syrup
Garnish:
- Pineapple Slice
METHOD:
1. In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients.
2. Shake well for 90 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Enjoy!
