INGREDIENTS
30ml Newy Distillery Pineapple Vodka
30ml Newy Distillery Raspberry Vodka
30ml Simple Syrup
45ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
1 egg white (optional - egg white gives this cocktail a creamier texture).
Ice
For Garnish:
Raspberries or pineapple wedge.

METHOD
1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients.
2. Shake for 15 seconds, then fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake for another 15-20 seconds.
4. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries or pineapple wedge.
6. Sit back, sip and enjoy!
