Passionfruit Gin Mojito Recipe

Ingredients
1 shot Newy Distillery Passionfruit Gin
1 shot White Chocolate Syrup
1 lime
3 small sprigs of mint
1 passionfruit
Soda Water

Method
1. Add the ND Passionfruit Gin and the White Chocolate Syrup to a tall glass with ice. Add soda and stir.
2. Put in two sprigs of mint before filling the rest of the glass with ice.
3. Cut the lime in half, and squeeze the juice out of one portion into the glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of passionfruit, the remaining sprig of mint, and a lime wedge. Add a straw and enjoy!
