This tarte but sweet take on the Brazilian caipiroska (yes that’s spelt correctly!) uses our multi award-winning Passionfruit Gin (instead of the traditional vodka) and sets your taste buds alive. Combining passionfruit and lime this cocktail recipe makes for a perfect refreshment on a hot summer’s day.
Ingredients:
45ml Passionfruit Gin
Half a Passionfruit
30ml Fresh Lime Juice or Limoncello Liqueur
4 Mint Leaves
Soda Water
15-30ml Simple Syrup (If you like it sweeter)
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker add Gin, Lime Juice or Limoncello, Simple Syrup and Mint Leaves. Muddle.
2. Add in passionfruit and ¾ fill with ice.
3. Shake for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into a lowball glass.
4. Add ice and top with soda.
5. Garnish with fresh lime, mint and passionfruit.
