INGREDIENTS
45ml Vanilla Bean Vodka
30ml Mango Liqueur
30ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
1/3 Mango Cheek
METHOD
1. In a cocktail shaker, add Vanilla Vodka, Mango Liqueur, Lime Juice and the Mango.2. Muddle until the mango is well combined. Add the simple syrup and half fill with ice.
3. Shake for 20 seconds and double strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with the remaining mango and enjoy.
