The famous Boxing Day Races is the not-to-be-missed party race day of the year. Be part of Newcastle’s Boxing Day tradition and celebrate with our Broadmeadow Orange Vodka Breakfast Martini.
Ingredients:
60ml Newy Distillery Orange Vodka
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Grapefruit Juice
1 Teaspoon/Bar spoon Breakfast Marmalade
Help:
- Chill your martini glass.
- Prepare your garnish of grapefruit zest.
- To your cocktail mixer, add 1 heaped teaspoon/bar spoon of breakfast marmalade, 20mls of Lemon Juice, then 10ml grapefruit juice (Ruby Grapefruit will suffice), 60ml Newy Distillery Orange Vodka and fill with Ice. Seal your cocktail mixer and shake with vigor until well frosted on the outside.
- Discard ice from your martini glass if needed, and fine strain your cocktail into your chilled martini glass. Complete with a twist of your garnish over your cocktail.
